Right before the pandemic hit, I started therapy with Natalie and fast forward 2 years later I survived with her help of regular session and guidance. Just like many my mental health was not the greatest during the unknown living in a covid world, however seeking therapy has changed my life for the better. Natalie has played a critical role in my life and i can't thank her enough. Overall my experience with her over the few years has been great and I'm in a better place because of it. Self discovery and learning about one self takes courage and commitment but I'm happy to have found a compassionate and honest therapist who is truly there to help your flourish and not just take your money or make you feel worse about your issues.
